Watermarks, tax pack, free trials: what's new on SHEDANX
A watermark on every photo and video, posts with up to 10 files, memberships without auto-renewal, free trials, a German tax pack, collabs and an app for your phone – here's what's new on SHEDANX.
One week after launch, SHEDANX has grown a lot. We listened to what creators asked in the first days – for protection for their content, fair memberships and less paperwork. Here's everything that's new.
Your watermark on every photo and video
Every photo and video you post, sell or send in chat now automatically carries your watermark: shedanx.com/@handle. It happens right as you upload – nothing to set up.
Why it matters: if an image shows up somewhere else, everyone can see whose it is – and where to find you. At best, a leak turns into an ad for your profile. Your profile picture, cover images and shop preview images stay without a watermark.
Posts: up to 10 files, scheduled or paid
Posts can now hold up to 10 photos and videos. For every post you decide:
- Public – a teaser for everyone
- Members only – for your subscribers
- Paid – with its own price; the post stays blurred until bought
And you no longer have to post everything right away: schedule posts for a day and time of your choice. Your profile stays active even when you're busy. Your followers get a notification as soon as the post goes live.
Memberships without a subscription trap
On SHEDANX, no membership renews automatically. Every purchase is a single payment for a fixed period. After that, the fan decides again – that builds trust, and fans buy more readily when they know nothing else will be charged.
New on top, all optional and controlled by you:
- 3, 6 or 12-month bundles with a discount you set yourself
- Free trials of 3, 7, 14 or 30 days – each fan can use yours only once
- Trial links for your story or bio on Instagram, TikTok and co. For each link you see how many fans tried and later bought
More in the studio
On top of your subscription, the studio lets you sell:
- VIP sets – photo and video series, sold one by one
- Your shop – downloads or personal items shipped to the fan
- Auctions in the Spice Market that end on their own: the highest bid wins
- Live events with a ticket price and fixed seats
Sold items aren't deleted but archived – buyers keep their access.
Earnings dashboard
The new dashboard shows at a glance where your revenue comes from: subscriptions, paid posts and messages, VIP sets, shop, auctions, live tickets and tips. Plus new members and your strongest posts – for 7, 30 or 90 days or a full year.
The tax pack for Germany
This was the question we heard most: “And what do I do about taxes?” The new tax pack gives you:
- Monthly self-billing statements (Gutschriften) with your earnings – to print or save as PDF
- a CSV export of every transaction, ready for Excel
- a yearly summary for your tax advisor
- your DAC7 figures and what the platform reports to the tax office every year

Notifications – by email too
New followers, messages, purchases and tips now show up in the app and, if you like, by email. The emails are discreet: they say who did something, never what's inside – no images, no content.
Also just added
- Collabs: post together, two or three of you. The post shows up on every profile involved, like on Instagram. For paid collab posts, the revenue is split automatically. With recommendations, you also send fans each other's way.
- Real-time chat with tips: messages arrive instantly, and fans can send you tips right in the chat.
- The app for your phone: add SHEDANX to your home screen on iPhone and Android – no app store, with discreet push notifications.
- Verified creators: an ID check for every creator and consent from everyone shown in content.
- Reports & takedowns: report buttons on posts, profiles and messages, and a form to report leaked or stolen content.
- Search & discovery: fans find you by name, topic and city – and among new and trending creators.

Honest as always – this isn't live yet:
- a partner tax firm for your taxes, hired straight from the app
- custom orders with escrow – fans order something just for them, and the money is held safely until delivery
- interactive toys – experiences fans control live during your stream

Frequently asked questions
Can I turn the watermark off?
No. The watermark protects you and is part of every photo and video you post, sell or send in chat. It's subtle and only shows your link shedanx.com/@handle.
Do memberships on SHEDANX renew automatically?
No. Every membership is a single payment for a fixed period – one month or a 3, 6 or 12-month bundle. After that, the fan decides again.
How does the free trial work?
You switch it on in the app and pick 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. Fans start it from your profile or through a trial link. Each fan can use your trial only once, and nothing renews automatically afterwards.
What's in the tax pack?
Monthly self-billing statements, a CSV export for Excel, a yearly summary and your DAC7 figures. It organises your earnings, but it isn't tax advice.
